Harmoniq ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Harmoniq mobile application.

1. Information Collection and Use

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, physical address, or phone number.

Personal Data: None collected.
Device Identifiers: We do not store persistent device identifiers on our servers.

2. Audio and Media

All frequency generation and audio playback occur locally on your device via the Android system.

The app does not require Microphone permissions.
No audio is recorded, stored, or transmitted from your device.

3. Payments and Premium Features

Harmoniq offers a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase via the Google Play Billing System.

We do not see or store your credit card details or financial information.
All transactions are processed securely by Google. Google provides us with an anonymous purchase token to verify your premium status.

4. Advertisements (Third-Party)

The free version of Harmoniq uses Google AdMob. AdMob may use and collect anonymous data (such as Advertising IDs) to show relevant ads. You can manage your ad preferences in your Android Device Settings.

5. Local Data Storage

To provide a seamless experience, Harmoniq stores the following data locally on your device (using SharedPreferences):

User preferences (Dark Mode, Notification status).
Selected reminder times.
Premium status verification (Ad-free status).

This data is not synced to any external cloud and stays on your device.

6. Children’s Privacy

Harmoniq is designed for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data, please contact us.

7. Security

Because we do not collect personal data, the risk of a data breach affecting your personal information is minimized. We follow industry-standard practices for developing secure Android applications.
